Welcome to Themixly! We create premium website templates and themes for developers, startups, and small tech companies building websites for themselves or their clients.
All themes and templates on Themixly are provided under specific licenses, depending on whether you download a free version or purchase a premium one. Our licenses grant you the right to use, modify, and build projects with our products for both personal and commercial purposes. You can use themes to create websites for your clients and charge for your work.
Please read the license terms below to understand what you can and can’t do based on the type of license you choose.
FREE Template / Theme
All themes published on Themixly are free to use for both commercial and non-commercial purposes. You are welcome to use them to build websites for clients and earn from your work.
This license does not allow you to compile themes from Themixly to create a competing service, develop derivative works, or build theme generators.
Premium Theme
Here’s an overview of what each license allows for to make it easy to pick what you need:

Standard License
The Standard License grants you broad rights to use the Theme you’ve purchased. You are allowed to use the Theme to create unlimited End Products for yourself or for multiple clients. These End Products can also be distributed for free.
If a Theme contains code, images, or other assets that originate from third parties and are licensed differently, those assets retain their original licenses. The author of the Theme will indicate the license for any such code, images, or content. It is your responsibility to comply with those original licenses or to obtain the necessary permissions from the respective content creators.
Any breach of these terms will result in the immediate termination of your license and the suspension of your distribution rights for the End Products until the Theme is fully removed from your project.
You are not permitted to re-distribute the website or application template, whether on its own or bundled with other items. This applies even if you modify the template or combine it with additional content. You may not share, resell, or make the Theme available in its original or superficially modified form.
Our themes are built to provide you with creative freedom. You’re encouraged to use them in your projects, customize them completely, and make them truly your own.
Extended License
The Extended License grants you a non-exclusive right to use the Theme you’ve purchased. You are licensed to use the Theme to create a single End Product for yourself or for one client (referred to as a “single application”). This End Product may be sold or distributed for free.
If the Theme includes any code, images, or other content that is licensed separately, those components retain their original licenses. The Theme author will specify the license details for any such third-party assets. You are responsible for complying with those original licenses or obtaining the necessary permissions from the respective creators.
Any violation of the license terms will result in the immediate termination of your rights and the loss of distribution privileges for the End Product until the Theme is completely removed from it.
Our themes are designed to provide you with creative freedom. Feel free to use them in your projects, customize them entirely, and make them truly your own.
