License
Licensing & Usage
Welcome to Themixly. We create premium website templates designed for developers, startups, agencies, and businesses building modern websites for themselves or their clients.
All templates available on Themixly are provided under specific license types. These licenses define how you can use, customize, and distribute the templates in your projects. Our goal is to offer flexibility while ensuring fair and responsible usage.

Standard License
The Standard License grants you the right to use the purchased template to create unlimited end products for yourself or for multiple clients.
These end products may be used for personal or commercial purposes. However, the final product created using the template cannot be sold as a standalone product or redistributed as a template. You are free to fully customize the template to suit your project requirements. This includes modifying design, layout, structure, and functionality.
You are not permitted to:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the template in its original or modified form
- Bundle the template with other products for resale
- Use the template to create competing template libraries or marketplaces
Any third-party assets included within the template (such as images, icons, or code libraries) remain subject to their original licenses. It is your responsibility to review and comply with those terms where applicable.
Extended License
The Extended License allows you to use the template to create a single end product that can be sold or commercially distributed.
This is ideal for SaaS products, paid applications, or any project where the final product itself is monetized.
You are granted the right to:
- Use the template for one commercial end product
- Sell or distribute that end product to end users
- Fully customize and adapt the template as required
However, similar to the Standard License, you are not permitted to:
- Resell or redistribute the template itself
- Make the template available as a standalone product
- Use it to create competing template platforms or generators
Any included third-party assets will retain their original licensing terms, and compliance with those terms remains your responsibility.
Important Notes
- All licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable
- Ownership of the original template remains with Themixly
- Violation of license terms may result in termination of access and usage rights
